The Environmental Commissioner of Ontario will release his 2010 energy conservation report, Annual Energy Conservation Progress Report - 2010 (Volume One), Managing a Complex Energy System. The report reviews policy developments, highlights concerns with the current policy agenda and provides recommendations for energy conservation in Ontario.
